Chi Town Clean Inc.

In 2014 our family relocated from Chicago to Miami Florida. At that time my background was in medical billing however after a couple of months looking for work I was unable to secure a job. I got the opportunity  to reinvent myself when I decided to take a cleaning job and  the idea of a residential cleaning service was born. I literally decided to launch my cleaning business by handing out business cards throughout my local community. I got my first client within 24 hours, acquiring new clients daily mostly by word of mouth and referrals. I wanted to stand out amongst the competition so I decided to combine my desire and passion for deep cleaning with environmentally friendly products combined with over 40 years in customer service to create a unique cleaning experience for each and every client. I quickly grew to have a reputation of excellence and professional standards. The moment when I officially launched a residential cleaning service I knew it was for me working with my clients to give them a personal experience of excellence and attention to detail.

 Only after one year in Miami my husband’s job transferred him back to Chicago and I was forced to leave my clients in Miami however, some of my clients have duel residence, both Miami and Chicago and my clean reputation afforded me the opportunity to keep them as clients. Again I was successful in acquiring new clients by referrals and had even more business than I did in Miami. My clients whom are very diverse in their cleaning needs started requesting my cleaning services for their businesses, unfortunately my hands became injured and was unable to give any cleaning at the level they came to enjoy. It's been a little over 1 year and I made the commitment to get back to what I enjoyed and opened Chi Town Clean Inc. in 2017.  I've expanded the business to include a team of trained professional staff and offer the opportunity to bring that same standard of high quality service and professionalism to the commercial cleaning industry.
